Frequently asked questions

Do you sell airline tickets?

No. FlyraGo compares offers from third-party providers — airlines and online travel agencies. When you pick an option, you complete the booking with that provider, and they handle payment, ticketing, changes and support.

Does it cost me anything to search?

Searching and comparing is completely free, with no account required. We may earn a commission from the provider when you book, at no additional cost to you.

Why did the price change when I clicked through?

Fares are live and inventory changes by the minute — a seat sold or a fare bucket closed between your search and your click. The provider’s page always shows the current final price before you pay.

Who takes my payment?

The provider you book with — an airline or a licensed travel agency. We never see or store your card details.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

The airline or agency that issued your ticket handles cancellations, refunds and rebooking. Keep their booking reference handy — it is on your confirmation email.

Are the results really neutral?

Yes — results come from the providers’ own data. Commission rates differ between partners, but we do not sell placement, and every option that exists appears in results regardless of whether we earn from it.

Can I filter by baggage, stops or times?

Yes — after you search, the provider’s results page offers full filters (stops, times, baggage, alliances). Our search page sends you there with your exact query.

What is the difference between a direct and one-stop flight?

A direct flight flies origin-to-destination without changing planes. A one-stop itinerary changes planes once — often cheaper, always longer. At long-haul distances most savings come from accepting a stop.

What is a self-transfer connection?

Two separately-booked tickets joined into one journey. Much cheaper sometimes, but unprotected: if the first flight is late, the second airline owes you nothing. Our guide on connections explains how to judge the risk.

Do you support my currency?

The search supports USD, GBP, EUR, AED, CAD, AUD and more — pick your currency in the search or on the provider’s results page.

Is my personal data collected?

We collect no booking data and no payment data — we never see them. Standard, cookie-based analytics may apply; see our privacy and cookie policies for the specifics.

Do you show fake “from $19” prices?

No. Prices move hourly, so static advertised prices would be dishonest. Every deal opens a live comparison, and the provider’s price at that moment is the real one.

Why do I sometimes land on a different website?

That is the model: you found an option here, and you complete the purchase on the provider’s site — the same way it works on every major comparison site.

Can I book hotels, eSIMs and cars here too?

Yes — the same comparison model covers hotels (2M+ properties), eSIM data plans in 200+ countries, and rental cars at airports and cities worldwide.

How do I get the cheapest fare on my route?

Be flexible on dates, compare nearby airports, book short-haul weeks and long-haul months ahead, and always price the total with bags included. Our travel guides cover the full method.

I found a cheaper price after booking — what now?

Some providers offer price-drop policies; most tickets are changeable for a fee. Contact the provider you booked with — they hold the contract.
