1. What this service is

FlyraGo is an independent travel comparison website. We display flight, hotel, eSIM and car-rental options sourced from third-party providers, and link you to those providers to complete any booking. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline or hotel, we do not sell or issue tickets, and we do not accept payments from travellers.

2. Booking contracts

When you follow a link and book, your contract is solely with the provider you choose (an airline or licensed travel agency, hotel, eSIM retailer or car-rental company). That provider is responsible for pricing, ticketing, fulfilment, changes, cancellations and customer service. Any complaint about a booking must be raised with that provider.

3. Prices and availability

Prices and availability are provided by third parties, change constantly, and may differ between the moment of display and the moment of booking. We do not guarantee that any price shown will remain available, and we do not sell at the prices shown. The provider’s own page is always the authoritative and final price.

4. Affiliate relationship

Some links are affiliate links: if you book through them, the provider may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price you pay and does not affect the neutrality of results. See the full disclosure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, and not to misuse the contact channels. Content on this site is provided for personal, non-commercial use; guides may be quoted with attribution and link.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyraGo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from bookings made with third-party providers, price changes, provider insolvency, or travel disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The FlyraGo name, design and original written content are our property. Airline, airport and provider names are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification and reference only.
