Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
The short version
FlyraGo is a comparison service. We never take bookings and never see your payment details or passenger information — those go only to the provider you book with. We collect minimal, aggregate usage data to keep the site working and to understand which pages help travellers.
What we collect
- Usage analytics: anonymous page-view statistics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) via privacy-respecting analytics on our hosting platform.
- Outbound clicks: when you open a provider, we record that a click happened and which page it came from, so we can improve recommendations. No personal identifiers are attached.
- Email: only if you email us — we use your address to reply, then keep the thread for as long as useful.
What we never collect
- Card numbers, bank details or any payment information
- Passenger names, passport or identity documents
- Booking references or itineraries
Cookies and third parties
When you click through to a provider, their site (not ours) may set its own cookies under its own policy — including the affiliate cookie that attributes your booking to this site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EU/UK), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold — in practice, we hold almost none. Email us via the contact page and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where reasonable, announce the change on the site.
